Research
RAFT (the Research and Audit Federation of Anaesthetic Trainees) is the national collaboration of regional research organisations for anaesthetic trainees.
PLAN (London) and SEARCH (KSS) are the two research networks operating (no pun intended) in our region, with recent projects being highly successful and rolled out nationally.
You can apply to collect data, become a local lead, or even propose and lead your own projects, all while connecting with research-focused anaesthetic trainees across the country.
Representatives
You should have a trainee representative at your hospital who is on your LFG (local faculty group) to represent views and any training concerns you may have.
